Celebrate the spirit of Onam with Onam Ponnonam 2026! Join us for a memorable gathering featuring delicious traditional cuisine, festive celebrations, and the warmth of the Malayalee community. Bring your family and friends and enjoy an authentic Onam experience together.
Terms & Conditions
- All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the Organizer. A valid digital or printed ticket is required for entry.
- Each e-ticket will display the allocated food-service time slot, reporting time, and start time. The assigned time slot is final and cannot be changed at the venue.
- Guests are requested to arrive 15–30 minutes early and report to the registration desk for entry verification. Late arrivals may not be accommodated, and meal availability cannot be guaranteed.
- Entry will be managed using QR-code verification, wristbands, or another method selected by the Organizer. Any wristband issued must be worn and displayed when entering the dining area and must not be transferred or shared.
- Every child must have a registered ticket and remain under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian at all times.
- Food served at the event may contain common allergens. Although reasonable precautions will be taken, an allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed.
- Guests are kindly requested to take only the amount of food they can reasonably consume. Takeaway food is not permitted unless approved by the Organizer.
- All guests are expected to behave respectfully. The Organizer may refuse entry or remove anyone displaying abusive, disruptive, intoxicated, inappropriate, or unsafe behaviour without a refund.
- Outside food and beverages, alcohol, illegal substances, and hazardous items are not permitted. Reasonable exceptions may be made for infant food or medical and accessibility needs. Alcohol is not permitted at the venue.
- The event may include loud music, DJ performances, and traditional percussion. Guests who are sensitive to loud sounds are encouraged to take suitable precautions.
- Photography, audio recording, and videography may take place during the event. Images and recordings may be used by the Organizer for event documentation, social media, website content, and future promotional purposes. Guests with concerns should inform the registration desk upon arrival.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The Organizer and venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items, except where required by law.
- Free parking is available at the venue, subject to availability.
- The Organizer may make reasonable changes to the schedule, menu, programs, performers, or venue arrangements due to unforeseen circumstances.
- If the event is cancelled or rescheduled, the Organizer will communicate the applicable refund or ticket arrangements through its official channels.
- All guests must follow the venue’s rules, safety instructions, and applicable laws.
